Ambarvale Brewing Co.
The Ambarvale Brewing Company was born from a dream that has been brewing for a quarter of a century.
In 2019, that dream became a reality when the Ambarvale Hotel renovated and included the installation of a microbrewery. With this equipment now in place, the hotel has joined the ever-growing craft beer trend in Australia. The brewery expects to produce 68,000 litres of beer each year ranging from the ever-popular pale ales to limited release sours brimming with intense fruit flavours.
Located south of Campbelltown, the Ambarvale Brewing Company’s philosophy is ‘fresh is best’. Wherever possible, we aim to source our ingredients from the local area. Lovers of good beer can watch their favourites fermenting in the tanks through the viewing windows located at the back of our main bar.
The team want the locals to love our beers as much as we do. From your easy drinking lagers, ciders and XPAs to aromatic session ales and chocolate stouts, patrons will be spoilt for choice. But the dream doesn’t end there; our next goal is to start bottling the brews and selling them by the carton and growler from the bottle shop. The Ambarvale Brewing Co. will be a household name in the very near future.
At the Ambarvale Brewing Company, we think good beer is as easy as A.B.C.
